Initialization of a load set. There are 2 different possibilities: (1) All entries (loading data) of the new load set are cleaned. (2) The entries of an existing load case are taken.

Setting	Description
Action	Code of the selected Action. It is possible to switch to another action without leaving and re-entering the input function.
Action will be skipped (Option)	The action will be skipped in the calculation process if the option is selected.
Input-1 > Load set name)	Optional entry. Name of an existing load set to be used for initializing the new load set.
Input-2 > (Construction schedule)	Name of the construction schedule where the new load set is generated Default: The new load set is created in the current construction schedule
Output-1 > Load set name	Name of the load set to be initialized
Delta-T	Duration of the Action (not applicable for this action)
Description	Descriptive text for the selected Action (max. 80 characters)
